Now that the kind of loss I would love every week. I can't remember the last time I was in the 150's. I didn't get out hiking this weekend but I did a lot of shopping which means a lot of walking. Now if only I hadn't spend a bunch of money!

Today is my fasting day so look out co-workers. My hubby is getting used to me on fasting days and tries to eat when I'm in a different room. It is so helpful to have someone on your side. That's another reason I'm here. Everyone here is so supportive and I appreciate it so much.

Stay strong everyone and remember that one bad day does not make you a failure. Learn from it and move on. I think I've finally figured that out.
