Feeling great after ditching the grains. Much more energy at the moment and sleeping really well.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Looks like I'm quite hunteer-gatherer doesn't it? Everything seems to settle down for me when I'm not eating grains. It's good to get rid of all the problems and be able to get a good night's sleep. With the weight, I'm OK maintaining in the region of 10 stone to maybe 10 stone 4, but anything more than that and I'll have to bring it down again.
