Had a migraine this morning. I'd been wanting to avoid grains, but didn't spot that some salad cream I had yesterday contained some cornflour. Need to stay away from grains for a bit until my food intolerances calm down.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
