small loss but still a loss 👌👌
104.2 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Every person on FS has their own opinion as to how they should lose weight. We have the “fanatics” who weigh and count every detail of the food they eat. We have the “fitness” people who believe they should work out for hours every day. We have the “starvation” fraternity who believe that eating nothing at all for a time is good for them. They all have their own way of dealing with it but the big question is How did they put weight on in the first place? You say “a small loss” I say “a loss” as it is my belief that losing a so called “small loss” each week is by far the best route to take. Just look at what you have achieved, a fantastic record in anyone’s book. The less you have to lose the slower the loss will be. Be proud of yourself you are doing really brilliantly.

thats a fab comment i weigh every morning . so i keep an eye on myself thats my key to losing weight if i see i put i know whats working for me and whats not no 2 people are the same iv seen me and my mum eat exactly the same meals and one of us loses the other one dont i think knowing what works for you is key. 👌👌 xxx
