Been really bloated and having a hard time fighting, my period cravings. It seems every time "shark week" starts all I want to do is eat. Waiting on some coconut oil and brain octane oil to come in so I hope that helps a little.

Anyone else work at night or have issues with hormonal cravings? any tips would be appreciated.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I understand about cravings during that time. A piece of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel toast and some low sugar grape jelly has helped me out. I don't even like rasins.

I used to work 12 hour night shift, but the only meal I would eat would be a full canteen breakfast just before the end of my shift. Great loss though. Well done.
