The doctor scales weigh two lbs. heavier, but I am going to just record
what my scale say's since I weigh on the same scale each day. I have
to weigh myself each morning and evening to watch for fluid retention.
135.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 55.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
