Mrs M - It looks like desperate digital Dan has had a personality change lately because you've lost about 12 1/2 lbs. Don't think you need my scales, as Dan is in such a good mood. Has he met up with a delightful digital Dora? By the way, from your pictures you can see that you're looking a lot slimmer and healthier. Good thing you didn't throw the Blood Sugar book away after all.
