Well today went went until this evening when although cooked a great meal for my hubby he chose to booze the night away instead - Day 4 of my water fast and I feel alone - Going to bed early will help and be more positive tomorrow - Enema did not go that well as I am suffering with tummy pains

94.2 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
