So having been on the keto diet for 2 days, keto flu is REAL. I felt like crap for the past few hours and ended up having to take phenergan to stay at work. I'm definately going to look into some electrolyte supplements bc this sux BGDD.

bouillon or something salty like broth helped me through.

It'll pass and you'll feel fantastic. I have more energy then I know what to do with. I'm bouncing off the walls right now. lol :-)
