Encouraging :-) Yesterday was a rotten day too, waited in all day for a visit from Yodel which never came so I couldn't get my afternoon kip in :-( Same thing looms today now :-( I did try to help some fat loss along, some energy use, by going to (spits) Tesco in the evening and picking up their two largest water bottles and carrying them home, one in one bag, one in the other on my other side. They swung about all over the place, and were generally heavy and awkward. This is called a loaded carry, in body building parlance, and can be useful as you never settle into a rhythm while you're doing it so your body can't find a way to do it and conserve as much energy as possible at the same time. So, a chunk of the energy you're carrying around as chubby ol' fat gets burnt up. Good, eh? I very much doubt I used up 3lbs of fat, probably just a few ounces, but tie that in with the normal weight variations you get with a 300lb guy and hey look; lighter today :-)
137.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
