Well it's amazing - normally when I'm in pain I eat like a pig to "feel better," but I've actually stuck with the diet plan so far, and I've lost a lb despite not being able to exercise. I did splurge on a half order of blueberry pancakes for breakfast, but really held back the rest of the day. I also finally went to the Dr., the backache was just getting worse. I got a steroid shot and a dose pack for the next six days, we'll see how this goes.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
