WK1/Rec4 My own version of desperate digital Dan was in a better mood today and gave me a reading of 138-7/8 lbs, which I have put in as 138.8 lbs. My mini target for Rec 7 is 138 lbs, so I seem to be on track.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
