Another slight drop - 190.0! I used to look pretty darned good at this weight... That was back in the old days when I could fit into those Levis, when I had significantly more muscle tone. The muscle building will have to wait until I can get my left elbow (tendonitis) and right shoulder (bursitis) nursed back to health (and whatever other body parts decide to give me trouble along the way).

We have a pot luck buffet at work today. I didn't remember until last night. I was going to make brownies, but saw a nice pineapple sitting on the counter that I commandered. I figured there would be plenty of junk to choose from. Now there will be at least one healthy item. There are a few health conscious people here at work that will probably bring some other good stuff to choose from. It will be a challenge to be sure!
