No gym since last Monday; snowed in. So getting my exercise shoveling and trudging through snow. Trudged two miles yesterday to get Christmas tree. A bit more snow last night, but hope to get to the gym today.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
