Tesco stopped doing the bottled water I like so, foolishly, I tried their aspartame-laden lemonade equivalent. Oh dear :-(

139.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg. Still to go: 30.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
