10 day green smoothie cleanse starts today... next weigh in on Dec 15th. I should really try harder with exercise... I just REALLY hate it though. I say it freely here because no one really knows me :-)
Day 1 isn't going so well, I'm feeling ill, nausea and a cold... it is ok IF, it helps with losing weight lol. Thanks for the support guys.... it's an everyday struggle.
120.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A journey of 1,000 miles begin with the first step. And a step could even be broken into several mini-steps. Washing dishes, cleaning the counter top is exercise for me (fortunately my counter tops are small and narrow). And I do love Jamaican cooking.
