Slept well,up at 8:00 am. Left to go to tops. Lost 1 lb in 2 weeks. Best weekly loser, and monthly for last month. Angie came by and we got Michelle's food and pads in. Got David a pizza for supper.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
