Its been a long week. Work has kept me really busy so I haven't logged on here for a few days now.I have logged my food but I have really really REALLY worked my butt off to stay on track. I did ok on Thanksgiving, it was the days afterward that got me. I had a piece of cheesecake and it set off some cravings from hell. And I gave in to some of them but then started to noticed a pattern and had to force myself to stop and whoa was it painful. Basically,I do ok all day .. then BHAM! late afternoon or after dinner, the cravings hit. I started my 3 pm cup of coffee again. Im gonna do whatever it takes. And as bad as they are, I bought some Atkins products (fart bars). Id rather cheat on that then the cookies I bought the kids (that's what got me) and I can only eat so much jello and whip cream. I need to make my fat bombs too.. BUT on a side note, I logged a loss again this week. Ive trying to do some weak a$$ fasting (14:10) but hey its a start. I think that has really helped along with the insane amount of working out I hold myself accountable for (3 days full body lifting routine/2-3 cardio/hiit). Lets finish the week off strong. Memo to me : I need to get back to logging and drinking ridiculous amounts of water! Have a great day everyone !

Rhon, December is my favorite month. Christmas parties, my wedding anniversary, gift exchange with my besties, Christmas, then my bday (12/30) and finally new year ! OH and Im on vacation for 12 days starting 12/23. YES !!!

I seem to have had an unintentional day off today. A large piece of apple cake this morning, and then cava and chocolates tonight. Will be back on track tomorrow, though! Go Red!
