Ate 1/2 bagel at lunch and a lot of spinach salad yesterday.

AM blood sugar after 1/2 slice of toast was 161
67.8 kg Lost so far: 37.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
