Weighed 138.75 lbs this morning, so another pound lost. That makes 3 lbs lost this week, because I weighed 141.75 on 18th November. Hooray! now I can go out and eat loads of packets of crisps (:
62.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
