Oh dear. Haven't done very well lately. Went to Wetherspoons with my three sons and my daughter-in-law at the weekend and chose to have the rib and chicken combo with barbeque sauce. Big plateful, so have put on a lot of weight. Help! Now I have the job of trying to take it off again.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
