Went to the gym and did plenty of exercise today. Wish the calories really did burn off in the way it says on the machines.
64.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah...I don't know what to believe. Last night my elliptical said 146kcal burned after 30 minutes but my heartrate monitor said 300kcal !
