Yesterday would have been a good day if it hadn't been for the chocolates. Halloween is coming up and I just couldn't resist the tins of Celebrations. I opened one of them and took three. If this hadn't happened, I would have had better weight loss. Must keep away from chocolate and if I do have it, have chocolate almonds or else Booja Booja vegan chocolate, because it also made me sleep a long time and made me feel unwell this morning. Almonds are a source of protein and fibre, so can help stabilize the blood sugar. Sugar and chocolate are best avoided, but my blood sugar is so unstable that I tend to crave them.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
