Water Fast Day #14 Today I have only a moderate traces of ketosis, with 40mg/dL, but wondering if I had too much water before bed yesterday... It seems though that my weight loss is slowing down, which is not a bad thing overall because I want to continue my Water Fast as much as I can so I need to spare my fat till the end of my body's healing process. Another week starts....happy Monday everyone
