Pleased with that, though one more pound would have seen me at 13 something.
I was hungry yesterday, but I had Bite Size Sheddies for breakfast (Carbs) and Cashews instead of my usual Macadamia nuts for my working lunch. That left me a bit low on Fat and Protein which usually leaves me wanting more.
Not working today so that should let me catch up on my jobs and plenty walking.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 39.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You got the wrong message. Very odd I think. Well done buddy on this loss, it's great. Know how you are feeling about getting to 13! I felt exactly the same. Now I'm looking at 12. Slow but sure now

Hi , I have 1/2 fillet river cobbler for breakfast for a protein kick and switch it to plain mackerel to get good fat uplift, I add to it Either three bean salad or cannellini beans with tons of fresh chillies/onions/garlic in a beetroot puree quite a flavour kick from my pre diet -black coffee and both garlic and beetroot are blood pressure reducing foods.
