que sera sera. Life is good.

Got a serious workout in Saturday morning to start out the weekend. Dusted off my weight bench and made it count. My pecs are still sore and I like it. Arms and abs tonight. I put on a good amount of miles on my motorcycle this weekend and boy oh boy do I feel like a teenager when I roll on that throttle. Nothing like seeing the headlights in my mirrors get smaller and smaller each second. Smiles and smiles. I ate, drank and was merry with no weight gain because I made count for more than 95 percent of my meals last week. I expect a nice drop for next week's weigh.

Make it count!

Hi Ches...its funny how you said...my pecs are sore and i like it...I was starting to feel that way about my belly after my core training...I have been liking that taut, slightly sore feeling... Good luck...I am hoping for a lean week of eating to drop some weight before I leave for vacation on Friday...WISH ME LUCK!

You've got your diet fitting into living life down to a T, Ches. You are an inspiration to so many of us. I have my own set of sore muscles, too.

Living life, splurging a little, exercising the muscles. You have got it down! What a great example of balance :)
