I was below 131 for two days in a row. Yesterday I was down to 130.2 but didn't log it. I still awakened hungry, and my calorie balance looked good. I'm okay. Just stay the course and I'll see 129 again.

A big help to my weight loss in the last week was the fact that my husband was out of town for 5 days and I didn't need to think about food and menu planning as much, used some prepackaged meals, and wasn't invited out to lunch. He's back now so I have to find different ways of coping. On the other hand, I lost pretty rapidly in the last week. Maybe my body needs a rest.
59.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
