I had to stop working out. It was slowing down my weight loss. I should be back on track now, just have to give it time.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
