Slow but steady. Still fighting carb cravings and went over a couple of days this week.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Carb creep will definitely slow you down. Once I get over about 25 net carbs, my losses evaporate. It definitely takes focus to keep them that low, but that's what works for me.
