I was 88lbs in high school, but I was also anorexic with a binge-purge subtype. Life happened and I ballooned to 250-260. In five years, I got down to my current weight but I'm not impressed with the loss at all. I'm grateful, but I know I can do better. I need to stop being so lazy all the time and taking care of myself while I'm still young.

Been there, done that...could never relate to food like a normal person...took me years and this site has helped. Good luck. Feeling good and being healthy is way better than a certain number on the scale... the best to you!
