OK, accountability. Did not do well as we can see. Low energy and a total lack of self control. Cravings were raging. Did fine Friday and Saturday. Did a little worse Sunday but not as bad in past. Monday, well that is another story. It was like the sugar monster was unleashed and devoured whatever I could get my hands on. Today I started my MCT oil again. Did not like the low energy. I was wanting to take naps throughout the day. I do not feel like that when I take my oil. The other things I noticed were my joints started aching. Could not get up from couch without hurting. My back, my knees and my hands ached. Gluten and sugar for me are evil. I again realized this. Now I need to keep this forefront in my brain so I do not do this again. Will I stumble, yes. Will I get back up and do what is right for me, yes. I can do this!

Cold turkey works for me also. I slip every now and then. If I gradually withdrew the bread and sugar I would never be 100%. It is all or nothing.

It's all or nothing for me, too. Sugar's not a bugaboo for me, though. Wheat and rice are.
