Sorry I've been absent...A lot was going on. My mom came for a 3 week visit from NC, and though it was wonderful to be with her, every day was a focus on what we were going to eat. She made 2 batches of homemade rolls (2 dozen each batch) and I couldn't resist. We also went out A LOT! I suppose I could have done worse. Happy now to be back and to get back on track. The carb creep caused me to feel hunger again, something I hadn't experienced in a while and something I wasn't happy to feel again. I found myself looking forward to the next meal too eagerly. I wasn't good at all about logging and weighing and measuring. I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary (October) and had hoped to be at my goal weight of 160 lbs (down 100 lbs) but I can't complain too much because I have stayed in Onederland longer that I though possible! Glad to be back!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
