Slept well, up at 7:30am. Getting ready for Tops. Lost 1/2 a pound. Went to Walmart and dollar store and home.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
