R3P2 - VLCD #21 I'm still seeing same weight today but I've something like 0.95 mmo/L of ketosis this morning, just traces but since I started again taking HCG I hope tomorrow is better. Till I'm still burning fat I'm not that worried, ny plateau could be due to TOM or some constipation. A bit dizzy when I woke up today. BF = 27.4% BMI = 22.9%
