Weight fell to 199.5 when I got home from work yesterday and that is what I am going with this morning. :) I can hardly cut down anymore; was hoping for a little more loss by now. Sigh.........
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
