So, my weight's been fluctuating a lot this past week amidst vacation and an ab feed cookoff over the weekend. I was hovering about 155/156 which seems to be my baseline but... the lowest scale reading said I weighed 151 at some point. Not sure if I believe that actually because then I gained 9 lbs over the weekend!
Scale says 160 this morning so I'll work from there. I'm hoping to find time to bring yoga into my days again-- I just need to make that personal effort-- and head back to the gym <3
