Fat percentage went considerably down (wohoo!) and water went a bit up. Muscle is not growing as fast as I would want it to though.

A bit frustrating that the weight doesn't go down!
68.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
