Yesterday I completely overate (and I'm not regretting it) - had chips and chocolate raisins... lol small guilty pleasures I have! I was completely conscious of what I was eating and of the consequences on my next weigh in, which is why I didn't weigh in today :)
I also went running and hit a personal mark (wohoo!) - 3 km 300 mt non stop (I know, doesn't sound as much, but it's still a lot for me!) which made me feel so great, but I had to stop running as my knee started hurting so much. :( Oh well, small victories anyway.
