Day 5

Woke up feeling so tired and couldn't sleep. Not sure what that's all about but I am going to the gym first think - then meeting my gf for breakfast. Work at 3. Just need to pull through today. Yesterday was a strong start - ok finish not a perfect 10, but definitely my best workout yet.
55.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
