I have not been binge eating at all. I think my metabolism is very slow and the only way to get it up there is to do some exercise. I am leaving for vacation today and I plan to stick to my plan.
I made sure I got a place that has a pool and a gym so I will be able to exercise there. I got some new workout shoes yesterday so I am all set to go!
