Yay! 3 pound loss! I am getting there! I always lose more weight in summer, even when it is like 100 degrees and 100% humidity and we siesta more than we move around. I know it is not water weight, because it is fig season (mmmmmfigsmmmm), and I have been noooowhere near low carb this week. Watching for it to jump up like 5 pounds if I weigh in tomorrow, because today is our wedding anniversary, and we are going out for Mexican. I don't expect that I could actually eat 18,000 calories, especially if I start with a salad, so I will take whatever change with a large grain of potassium chloride salt substitute (figuratively speaking), because I will have plenty of sodium chloride coursing my veins from the restaurant food lol!
