Finishing a 48 hour fast at 1 PM today. Much easier than I ever would have thought. I normally do 2, 24 hour fasts per week and added a day to fast and pray for peace in our land, the healing of our racial divide and for the protection of our police force.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
