After looking at the scale (61.2kg) when I got back on Monday, I didnt think I would get back under 60 easily. After a few low calorie days and fasting, I was really happy to see the scale this morning. For anyone who hasnt tried it, Pokemon GO forces one to walk around constantly, driving doesnt count so it is a great way to burn a few calories.
