Happy Wednesday everyone. I am at a steady pace with weight loss, but would like to lose a little more each week. During the past couple of weeks, I have not been eating enough vegetables, so my goal this week is to eat more vegetables/fiber.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
