Feel great. Great energy. Sleeping well (for the most part) and I can really feel the difference in my body, I know I have lost weight even before I step on the scale.

It is super easy to follow this protocol and it doesn't even "feel" like a diet. I just watch when I eat, then make good choices. If I want to eat something it just has to fit within the time frame and the normal daily calorie allotment for the day and that means I eat a little less of something else. Eating between 1850-2000 calories a day on the days I'm eating is no big deal to do (except sometimes actually EATING them!)

Today is a fast day, after breakfast I will fast until tomorrow the same time.
94.0 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

The fasting works even when the choices are not so great and when I go over the maintenance RDI on my feast days. It just plain works.

Heard that! Better sleep was a welcome bonus when I started IF. You're right, it doesn't feel like a diet. I think I can do this indefinitely in some form even after I get where I'm going. Keep it up!
