Started a 6 week cut program. My goal is to decrease body fat by 2% based on calipers (~ 4lb loss of fat).

- 1800 cals/day average
- 1 g/lb lean body mass protein (~170 g/day)
- 4 days/week weights
- 2 days/week walking, maybe throw in some running depending on how it feels
- <20% of cals from fats (~ 40 g/day or less)
- No more than 1.5 lbs/week weight loss

Adjusting weekly as needed.
