Woohoo below goal weight. Same food but measuring and reducing amounts a little and avoiding junk food splurges. After a few weeks I've come to enjoy my new ingredients and portion sizes and don't crave all the other stuff. Just about finding some. New dishes or alternative ways of turning my ingredients into meals and different ways of pimping them with dressings herbs and spices
84.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
