I am losing even on non-fasting days. Generally, Brad Pilon's program suggests that you maintain on normal days and will lose .5 to .75 lbs on fast days. I'm not under eating but am working hard in my yard to try and beat the terrible summer heat that's coming so I'm not going to change anything. It's a nice "problem" to have - losing too fast instead of not at all or too slow as has been more normal for me, lol!
95.4 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
