Spring is finally here in Mass! Doing my best to stay on track. Harder to do now that my daughter has moved back in, along with her junk food, but I haven't given in. Despite all of this, my mood has been better simply because of the sunlight. Will try to get my 10,000 steps in per day and all of my fluids.
