hmmm bbq at weekend and sunday lunch with a pudding.......hmmm no good......
145.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week

I presume someone else needs to be aware they cannot dictate the menu. There are good alternatives for bbq as realistically it is a healthy way of cooking, as the fat drips out. Same goes for Sunday lunch and pudding, there really is no excuse. I stopped making excuses as the only person you fool is you. :)

I find it's not so much the BBQ as the beer, wine and occasional fizzy (sugary) drinks that go with it. If there's a few people round having fun, it's hard to resist (yes, I know, I have no willpower). Still, you know what caused it, you can decide to stop it happening. Good luck!
